The AI search platform that turns what AI says into your next move
ziptie.ai reads what up to 7 AI engines tell your buyers about your brand, finds the gaps worth closing, and shows what moved after you ship a fix.
Checks run in nearly every country, scoped to the market you pick.
The path: discover, prepare, verify
Eight steps in one loop. Find out what the engines say and why, prepare the content that changes it, and check what moved.
Discover
What do the engines say, and why?
-
Step 01
Write prompts the way your buyers ask
The Project Wizard interviews you, researches your business while you talk, and proposes a tagged prompt set you approve before anything runs. Grow the set later from AI suggestions, a CSV import, or a Search Console query you do not track yet.
-
Step 02
Gather the answers from every engine you run
Every prompt runs on each engine you pick, and ziptie.ai reads the full answer for three things: are you cited, are you named, and how are you portrayed. Your competitive set comes from the brands and domains those answers name, with no cap on how many you track.
Each project runs on its own cadence: daily, weekly or monthly.
Pick from ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Microsoft Copilot, Bing AI Overview, and Google Gemini. The price follows how many engines you run, never which ones.
-
Step 03
Read the sources behind each answer
An answer is assembled from pages. See the domains and URLs the engines cite for your prompts, which of your own pages earn citations, and the prompts behind each one.
-
Step 04
Follow the conversations the engines read
Engines cite forum threads, reviews and videos as well as publishers, and that conversation shapes what they say about your category.
- For Reddit and YouTube, a deep read of every cited thread and video: whether your brand is named, how it is portrayed, and what it covers.
- Every other platform the engines cite, ranked by citations and trend. Platforms are found in the answers, not taken from a fixed list.
- Topic clusters that group the conversation by theme, with prompts suggested from them that you add to monitoring in one click.
Prepare
What should we change?
-
Step 05
Choose the gaps worth closing
The Action Center keeps one queue per project: a prompt no engine answers with you in it, an engine that stopped naming you, a competitor that passed you. Items are ordered by severity, then type, then age, and each links to the screen where you act.
-
Step 06
Create content grounded in your facts
Content Generation writes from the material you give it and the prompts you monitor, then checks every draft before your team edits it.
- Contexts that hold what you know: your files, URLs, quotes, competitors and a guided brand interview.
- Writing styles, written by you or drawn from your material, shared across the workspace.
- A Brief Builder with templates for where the piece will run: blog posts, landing and product pages, LinkedIn, documentation, newsletters, email sequences, gated PDFs and social posts. Each brief targets prompts you monitor.
- Drafts with inline citations and a bibliography.
- A verification pass on every draft that checks facts against your material and your style rules, and flags what needs a human look.
- Comments and numbered versions you can compare.
- Copy the piece out as HTML, Markdown or plain text.
ziptie.ai never publishes to your site.
Verify
Did the answer move?
-
Step 07
Track what moved
Record where a piece went live and see which engines cite that URL. With Content Generation, the Content Impact card shows how that changed since the day you published. Mark it on the AI Success Score trend so the team sees what followed.
- Search Console clicks, impressions, CTR and position for the same site, next to the AI data.
- In the Data Explorer, a slice this period beside the same slice in the previous period or the same period last year, with a read on whether each gap is likely a real difference or could be noise.
- Twelve export kinds in CSV and XLSX, plus a PDF snapshot and a white-label client report with your branding, an AI-drafted summary you review first, and the full dataset in Excel. Share any of them through a link that needs no account and works until the export is 14 days old.
- With the Public API & MCP add-on, prompts, checks, competitors, citations and metrics through a REST API and an MCP server.
-
Step 08
Iterate on the evidence
The sources the engines read keep moving, and so do your competitors. Each cycle feeds the start of the path.
- New prompts for step 01, from the suggestion backlog and from Search Console queries you do not track yet.
- New gaps for step 05, re-detected on every check cycle, so the queue reflects this cycle and not the day you set up.
- Fresher content for step 06: with Content Generation, the Action Center flags a brief whose inputs were edited.
Who leads which step
Every function works in the same workspace, and each picks up the steps closest to its work. Seats, projects and competitors are unlimited on every plan, so nobody waits for a seat.
| Team | Steps | What they take away |
|---|---|---|
| SEO and web | 01, 03, 07 | A prompt set written the way buyers ask, the sources behind each answer, and AI visibility next to Search Console |
| Content | 05, 06 | Gaps with the evidence attached, and briefs and drafts grounded in the company's own material |
| PR, community and social | 04 | The threads and videos the engines cite, and how they portray the brand (UGC Impact Analysis) |
| Product marketing and sales | 02 | The sentences the engines use about you, and the competitors they name alongside you |
| Marketing leadership | 07, 08 | One score per engine, trended, with the team's work marked on the chart |
The complete AI search suite
Core modules and three optional add-ons, grouped by the path above, and what each one gets you.
-
Discover
-
Project Wizard - go from a blank project to the right tracked prompts in minutes, not a spreadsheet afternoon.
-
Prompts & URLs - see which of your pages already earn citations, and which tracked prompts still cite no one.
-
Competitors - see the exact prompts where AI recommends a rival, and how far your share sits behind the leader.
-
LLM Trends - compare all 7 engines on one metric and catch a drop on a single engine before it spreads.
-
Add-on - UGC Impact Analysis - a deep read of every Reddit thread and YouTube video the engines cite for your prompts, and every other platform they cite ranked by citations and trend.
-
-
Prepare
-
Action Center - one short queue per project of what to look at next, each item deep-linked to the screen where you would act on it and ordered by how serious the signal is rather than by how far a number moved.
-
Add-on - Content Generation - turn a gap into a brief and a cited draft written from your own material, checked by a verification pass before your team edits it. You copy it out and publish it yourself.
-
-
Verify
-
Overview Dashboard - open one screen and know whether your AI Success Score gained or lost ground this week.
-
Data Explorer - put slices side by side, branded against unbranded prompts or you against a competitor on one engine, and see whether each gap is likely a real difference or could be noise before you report it.
-
Search Console - read Google search demand next to your AI answers in one view. Every Search Console query is matched against your monitored prompts, and a query you do not monitor yet becomes a tracked prompt in one click.
-
Check digest & notifications - ziptie.ai will not page you: there are no alert rules to configure, and you read movement off the chart. What does arrive is an email digest, built for the workspace on a day its scheduled checks finish, with the prompts checked, the citations and brand mentions, and the change since each project's last check, filtered to the projects you have access to. In-app notifications tell you live when a check completes.
-
Exports & sharing - hand stakeholders a CSV, Excel, PDF, or public share link without asking them to log in to the dashboard. The client report is the ready-made deliverable: your branding, an AI-drafted summary you review before it goes out, and the full dataset in Excel. CSV and Excel exports come out as raw data.
-
Add-on - Public API & MCP - pull every metric into your BI stack, or hand the same surface to an AI agent with one token.
-
-
Your team
-
Team & access - invite unlimited teammates with no per-seat fee, on Owner, Admin, User, or Guest workspace roles, and hand each of them Editor or Viewer access to only the projects they should see. Single sign-on over SAML 2.0 or OpenID Connect is switched on per workspace on request.
-
Core modules ship on every plan; the Google Organic and Bing Organic competitor views unlock with the Google AI Overviews and Bing AI Overview engines. UGC Impact Analysis, Content Generation, and the Public API & MCP are optional pricing add-ons.

Start my free trialWhat ziptie.ai won't claim
Credibility is mostly what a vendor refuses to say. Here are six claims we will not make.
-
No rank in ChatGPT
Order inside an answer changes from run to run. ziptie.ai reports how often you are cited and named across many prompts and checks, because that is what the engines support.
-
A partial check is not a finding
Performance items in the Action Center wait until nearly all of a check batch has come back, so a half-finished run never raises one.
-
A before-and-after chart is not an experiment
ziptie.ai shows what changed after you acted and lets you mark when you acted. It claims no control group. You judge the cause, with the evidence in front of you.
-
No invented benchmarks
You are compared with your own history and with the competitors found in your answers, never with an industry average nobody measured. AI-drafted report text only uses numbers from your own data, and you review it before it goes out.
-
The queue is ranked by severity
Action Center items are ordered by severity, then type, then age. ziptie.ai does not dress that up as a predicted return on investment.
-
ziptie.ai doesn't touch your site
Every recommendation explains itself and links to where you act. You copy content out and publish it yourself, and nothing on your site changes on your behalf.
Built for AI agents
Every dashboard you see is backed by a public REST API and a Model Context Protocol server at api.ziptie.ai. Point Cursor, VS Code, Claude Code, or your own agent stack at it and they can query, filter, and reason over your ziptie.ai data the same way your team does.
-
One token, two surfaces
The same API token grants access to
/v1/projects/...over REST and to the matching MCP tool manifest. Scoped per project, with read, write, and admin levels. The Public API & MCP add-on switches it on for a workspace. -
MCP-ready on day one
Prompt checks, competitors, citations, Search Console trends, and UGC Impact snapshots are exposed as MCP tools so any agent that speaks the protocol can use them without custom integration code.

Production guardrails
Published rate limits, idempotency keys and a stable
{error, code}envelope, so client code doesn't have to guess at failure modes. Everything hangs off a project you already created; creating projects, billing, exports, and content stay in the dashboard.
