Build your plan
Pay only for the prompts you monitor and the engines you run them on. Unlimited teammates, unlimited projects.
Usage-based pricing means you pay for the prompts and engines you choose to track, not a flat per-seat fee unrelated to how much AI visibility you need.

Quick start with a preset
Presets set a starting engine mix, prompt volume, and UGC Impact Analysis - tweak anything below afterward. The names are starting points, not plans: every engine, cadence and add-on stays editable whichever chip you pick, and Enterprise is simply the largest of the three starting configurations.
1. Pick the AI engines you want to track
Price follows how many engines you run, never which ones. Google AI Overviews checks also capture Google's top-10 organic results. Bing AI Overview checks also capture Bing's top-10 organic results. Both organic feeds are included at no extra cost when the corresponding AI engine is enabled.
2. Set how many prompts to run and how often
A prompt is a slot you hold, not a meter that counts down. One prompt in a daily project takes one daily slot and then re-runs every 24 hours at no extra cost. Slots are pooled across the whole workspace, so every project draws from the same three buckets below. Pause or delete a prompt before it has been checked in the current window and the slot frees right away; once it has been checked, the slot holds until that window resets, even if you pause, delete, or move it. A whole-project delete follows the same rule per prompt - it does not free slots early.
3. Add-ons (optional)
Briefs and full pieces engineered for AI search, drafted with a built-in fact-check and revision loop and shipped with Harvard-style footnote citations. Priced per content context - one context covers a brand or product line, with its own writing style, brand voice, and shared brief/piece quota. Add more contexts for additional brands or product lines. Each context adds 8 briefs and 4 finished pieces a month to one workspace-wide pool, so two contexts give you 16 briefs and 8 pieces to spend across either of them. The pool refills at the start of each billing cycle; unused briefs and pieces do not roll over.
Plan Summary
One prompt, one engine, one check: $0.01, or $0.0087 a check on all 7 engines. A weekly prompt costs a seventh of a daily one, a monthly prompt a thirtieth.
Longer billing periods discount the prompt subtotal. Flat add-ons are billed at full price.

Every plan is priced and charged in USD, and every plan is billed in advance for the period you pick: a monthly plan is charged each month, while a quarterly, semi-annual or annual plan is charged for the whole period in a single payment when you subscribe. The figure above is the per-month rate, not that payment - the full period total is shown in the app before you confirm. Cancelling is self-service and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: you keep full access until then, and unused time is not refunded. Only the workspace Owner can change the plan or switch add-ons on and off, so Admins and other members cannot move you onto a different bill. Add-ons cannot be bought while you are still on the free trial. Enterprise single sign-on is not part of this configurator and is not priced on this page; the Enterprise preset above only pre-fills the full engine list, a larger prompt volume and UGC Impact Analysis. Signing in through your own identity provider is a workspace entitlement we switch on rather than a line you can add here, and once it is on the workspace Owner connects the provider from Settings, over OIDC or SAML 2.0. Tell us which provider you use and we will enable it on your workspace.
Built for agencies and large teams
One plan covers every brand or client you track, because pricing never counts seats, projects or competitors. Three shapes, priced on the same rate card as the calculator above, before add-ons:
| Shape | Monthly billing | Paid yearly, per month |
|---|---|---|
| In-house brand: 50 daily, 300 weekly and 1,000 monthly prompts, all 7 engines | $230.95/mo | $184.76/mo |
| Agency: ten clients at 50 weekly prompts each, all 7 engines | $130.72/mo | $104.58/mo |
| Enterprise long tail: 1,000 monthly prompts, all 7 engines | $61.00/mo | $48.80/mo |
Check frequency is set per project, so a brand that mixes cadences runs one project per cadence.
One shared pool
Every project in a workspace draws on the same daily, weekly and monthly pools, so one plan covers the whole roster. A prompt you stop monitoring hands its slot to another project by the next window reset at the latest, with no plan change.
Custom plans and single sign-on
If the configurator does not fit your prompt volume or engine mix, we quote a plan that does. SSO over SAML 2.0 or OpenID Connect and SCIM provisioning come on a quoted plan.
Two ways to set up an agency
One workspace for the roster
Each client is a project, all of them share one pool and one bill, and you invite each client as a Guest with Viewer access to their own project. Owners and Admins reach every project in the workspace. Engines are chosen per workspace, so every client in it runs on the same engines.
One workspace per client
A hard boundary when two clients must never see each other's numbers. Each workspace has its own members, subscription, engines and add-ons, and capacity does not move between them.
Pricing is linear, so the same prompts cost about the same either way, apart from flat add-ons, which each workspace buys for itself. The only discounts are for paying up front: up to 20% off the prompt price on yearly billing. Flat add-ons are never discounted.
Pricing questions, answered
Yes. A 7-day free trial covering ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Microsoft Copilot, with no card required at signup. The other engines (Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Bing AI Overview, and Google Gemini) unlock on a paid plan. You can downgrade or cancel from workspace settings any time. We don't refund paid subscriptions, so we recommend using the trial to validate ziptie.ai fits your workflow before upgrading.
What's in it: 25 monitored prompts on a daily refresh. The trial's capacity is all daily, so trial projects run daily checks - weekly and monthly cadences appear once you're on a plan that includes them. UGC Impact Analysis is not part of the trial; it is an add-on you switch on when you build a plan.
What isn't: the API and MCP surface stays off for the whole trial. A trial workspace is refused at the API regardless of the add-on, so schedule any integration testing for after you upgrade. Add-ons are chosen as part of the plan you subscribe to rather than bolted onto a running trial, so UGC Impact Analysis and Content Generation start when you add them to a paid subscription, not during the trial. And the trial is once per person - it's available on your first workspace and can't be started again on a second one.
Nothing is tiered: you build your own plan from prompt count, refresh frequency, and engine coverage, with optional add-ons on top. Teammates and projects are unlimited, with no per-user charge. The pricing page shows current numbers. Longer billing periods carry a discount vs. monthly: 3 months -5%, 6 months -10%, annual -20%. For unusual configurations or large prompt volumes, see custom plans below.
These never appear on an invoice:
- Seats, projects and competitors. Unlimited on every plan, with no per-user charge, no fee per brand or client project, and no cap on the competitors you track.
- Exports and share links. CSV, Excel and the PDF snapshot, shared through a link that needs no account.
- Google Search Console. Connect a property you already own, read-only, and see its clicks and impressions next to your AI data.
- Google and Bing organic results. They come with the Google AI Overviews and Bing AI Overview engines at no extra cost.
- The check summary email. It arrives when scheduled checks finish, with the change since the previous check.
What you pay for is the prompts you monitor, how often they run and how many engines run them, plus any add-on you switch on. The pricing page shows the numbers.
Prompts checked, not checks run. Your plan buys a number of prompt slots per refresh frequency. Every monitored prompt holds a slot, and a prompt checked in the current window keeps holding it until that window resets, even after you pause or delete it. A prompt on a daily project takes one daily slot and then runs every day at no further cost. That's why the price scales with cadence rather than with usage.
The slots sit in three separate pools, one per refresh frequency, and a prompt draws from the pool matching its project's cadence: a prompt in a weekly project uses a weekly slot, never a daily one. Each pool resets on its own clock - daily at midnight UTC, weekly on Monday at midnight UTC, monthly on the 1st of the month at midnight UTC. Practical consequences worth knowing before you buy:
- A prompt checked in the current window holds its slot until that window resets, even if you pause it, delete it, or move it to another cadence. Checking the same prompt again inside the window never costs a second slot.
- Pausing a prompt before it has been checked in the current window frees its slot right away, so you can swap it for a different prompt without buying more.
- Re-enabling a paused prompt is free if it already holds a slot this window; re-enabling one that would need a new slot fails when the pool is full - free one up or raise the plan.
- Deleting a whole project follows the same rule per prompt: any of its prompts already checked this window keep holding their slots until that window resets, not until your next renewal.
- When a window resets, paused and deleted prompts stop holding slots, and each pool starts again at your plan's allowance minus the prompts you still monitor. Nothing rolls over and nothing is lost.
- A project can only be set to a cadence your plan has capacity in. Buy no weekly capacity and Weekly won't be offered as an option.
There are no credit packs, top-ups, or overage charges to buy. If you need more room, you change the plan.
US dollars, and only US dollars. Every plan and every add-on is priced and charged in USD - there is no EUR or GBP billing and no local-currency pricing, so if your card is denominated in something else your bank does the conversion.
Listed prices exclude tax. Checkout asks for your billing address, and where VAT or sales tax applies it is calculated from that address and added on top of the price, so you see the full total before you pay.
Buying for a company? Signing up and the free trial don't ask for billing details; you add them when you subscribe. At checkout, tick "I'm purchasing as a business" to enter your company's legal name and VAT number or other business tax ID. We take a valid tax ID into account when calculating tax, and it appears on your invoices. To add or change it later, update your billing details in the billing portal linked from Workspace settings → Subscription; the change applies to invoices issued from then on. Your payment method, your next invoice, and every past invoice live there too.
And to restate it where a buyer will actually look for it: we don't issue refunds. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for; switching off an add-on works the same way. That's the reason the free trial exists - use it to be sure.
Yes. If the standard configurator doesn't fit your prompt volume, check frequency, or engine mix, send us a note with your numbers and we'll quote a plan that does.
A quoted plan is also what carries single sign-on: sign-in through your own identity provider over SAML 2.0 or OpenID Connect. The self-serve configurator doesn't offer it, so tell us if that's part of what you need. Once it's on the plan, your workspace Owner sets the connection up in Settings.
Yes, and there are two gaps worth knowing before you put it in front of a client. ziptie.ai charges for the prompts you monitor and the engines you run them on. Seats, projects and competitors are unlimited, so a new client costs only its prompts. Every project in a workspace draws on one shared pool of daily, weekly and monthly prompts, so capacity moves with your roster.
- A project per client. Each client gets its own prompts, competitors, country and language.
- Client viewers. Invite a client as a Guest with Viewer access to their own project, or give each client a workspace of its own when their data must never meet.
- Share links and the PDF snapshot. Share the PDF snapshot or any export through a link that needs no account. Each link works until the export is 14 days old.
- One API token per project. With the API & MCP add-on, each token reaches one project, so ten clients through the API means ten tokens.
The two gaps, stated plainly. There are no white-label reports: the PDF snapshot and the share page carry the ziptie.ai mark. And there is no cross-client rollup: every client is its own project, and no view adds projects together. How agencies use ziptie.ai covers both setups and what a roster costs.
Yes. The ziptie.ai API & MCP add-on (+$10/mo) exposes every prompt, response, mention, citation, sentiment score, and competitor metric over two surfaces:
- REST API at
api.ziptie.ai- for BI pipelines, internal dashboards, or scheduled jobs that poll for visibility changes. Tokens are created per project with a read, write, or admin scope, set to expire in 30, 90, or 365 days or never, and capped at 10 active tokens per project. Default rate limits are 60 requests per minute per token, 600 per minute per workspace, and 50,000 per day per workspace; every response carries your remaining budget inX-RateLimit-*headers, and going over returns a429with aRetry-After. - MCP server at
api.ziptie.ai/mcp- same data, same auth, exposed as Model Context Protocol tools. Drop the URL into Cursor, VS Code, Claude Code, or any client that speaks streamable-HTTP MCP; Claude Desktop connects through the standardmcp-remotebridge. Step-by-step guides for each client ship in the docs.
